Airport Transportation

The easiest way to get to town from Ezeiza International Airport is by "remis" (private car) or bus. The leading company is Manuel Tienda León, a member of the Buenos Aires Tourism Bureau. Please note that Ezeiza tends to be rather chaotic. Arrive early for departing flights and be prepared for a tad of mayhem on arrival. If you are travelling on an e-ticket within Argentina on domestic flights and prior to your return home, please be sure to check in online and print out your boarding pass BEFORE you get to the airport. If the flight is overbooked, this will help keep you from getting "bumped."

From Jorge Newbery Airport (better known simply as "Aeroparque") serving mostly domestic flights and some from neighboring countries, take Manuel Tienda Leon or an official remise.

See the Manuel Tienda Leon (MTL) site for routes, fees and further information at http://www.tiendaleon.com.ar/home/home.asp or purchase your remis ticket in advance at http://www.tiendaleon.com.ar/home/lista_precios.asp?id_unidad=9

Another reliable remis option is Transfer Express. The O/C has had good experience with their electronic reservation system (no advance purchase required). Contact them at reservas@transfer-express.com.ar indicating: full name, flight number, arrival time and arriving airport (Ezeiza or Aeroparque). They will email you back with a confirmation number. Pay at the counter upon arrival (cash or credit).
